Q: What can I do if my local shop doesn’t carry Celtek?
A: First, ask your local shop what’s up! The best way to get Celtek stuff in your local shop is for you to request it. And, to get Celtek products now, visit one of our online retailers.
Q: How can I send Celtek my ideas for gloves and other snowboard products?
A: We’d love to check out your ideas, but we can’t return anything you send to us. So, if you don’t mind that we keep it, check out the Company page to see where you can send it.
Q: I’d like to be sponsored by Celtek. Where do I begin?
A: You can start by ripping, entering contests and attending events to get yourself noticed by your local shops and Celtek rep. From there, you may be able to get on the regional team and the select few will kill it hard enough to make the pro team. Thanks for your interest. Have fun and follow the dream!

A: Celtek is a small but rapidly growing brand and we're always looking for talented people to help us reach our goals. We’re not currently hiring for any in-house positions, but we are looking for established, professional independent sales reps and distributors throughout the world. Q: What is Celtek’s warranty policy?
A: Celtek is committed to creating high-quality snowboard gloves and accessories and warrants them against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. Celtek's only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Celtek will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product.
All warranty claims must be processed through an authorized Celtek dealer, preferably the retailer where you purchased the product. Return the product with original sales receipt and it will be repaired or a comparable replacement will be provided. Repaired or replaced products will only be covered for the remainder of the original warranty. Contact your local Celtek retailer for additional details, including the shop’s specific return policy
